My Mom must really love me!

Mom just had this tattoo done of my paw print! Now that is love!!!! She just did it a couple hours ago and hasn't been able to clean it up yet.

She made me step on packing tape (which was NOT fun) and then she traced my little print onto paper.

My Book is Done!

Mom finished my book today. It tells all about my rough beginning and how I came to live with my mom.

All in all, a very facinating tale!

I can't wait to see the printed version!

Christmas is coming

I need to go shopping but money is tight this year and Mom won't give me her credit card. (I shop online...I'm an indoor baby, remember?!)

So, I came up with this great idea, I am writing a book....about me!

It will be a children's book and I am going to have it printed and give it to all my friends for Christmas.

Fall Has Arrived

I love Fall. I love pumpkins. They smell wonderful AND it is fun to gnaw on the stems!

Mom decorated a lot for the fall and Halloween. It is so much fun to hide in all the decorations. I like to pretend I am one of the stuffed critters. :-)

I do have to say though, I am tired of having my picture taken. When I was little, I loved to pose for Mom all the time, but Come On! I am 16, how many pictures of me do you need? I know I am adorable and all but let's get real here.

I let her get away with 2 shots and then I hit the road (well, really I hit the bed - I never go outside) Mom was quite impressed, these are the first pictures I have let her take in several months. Hope this keeps her camera tucked away for a while!

Birthday Pics

My Mom finally got around to downloading my birthday pictures!

Here is my Octopus. Isn't he great? He is so fuzzy!!!!!!

Is there anything better than an octopus stuffed with catnip? I don't think so!!!!

Here is my Mouse. He is very cute but he is a bed hog! He always wants to sleep in the middle of the bed and I have to get up in the middle of the night and toss him on the floor!

Someone said there was birthday ice cream out in the kitchen!

Happy Birthday to Me!

I am 16 today! Whoooo Hooooo!

I am old enough to drive! But they didn't buy me a car. Mom says I am too short to reach the pedals or the wheel. Oh well. I did get some great toys though!

I got a fuzzy blue octopus and a purple mouse! And I got some special birthday food! It was chicken in grave with brown rice and greens. Very Yummy!

Long Time No Post

Yeah, I know, I haven't written anything in a long time. Hey, with all the napping, eating and playing who has time to write?

Did you hear the news? Mom works from home now! It is the greatest thing that has ever happened!!! She is now inches away from me every day! I missed her so much when she would go to work and now I don't have to.

My bed is right behind her chair and I can meow at her whenever I want. And if I really want her attention I jump onto the arm of her recliner which is beside her desk and tap her on the arm. Yes, I tap her arm. I don't want to be rude and just yell at her!

Usually I just tap her because I want to be petted but sometimes I have to let her know that Dad hasn't gotten out of bed and fed me yet. She loves that because then she gets to go wake up Dad and tell him to feed me because I am driving her nuts. heehee

In the afternoons I like to lounge on Mom's art desk. It is on her other side. I have a really great view of her work from there.

Plus, she tends to leave art supplies out and they make great toys! She was going to use this strip of leather in a project....it's mine now! I have learned that if you chew or slobber on something they let you keep it! haha

And here is a "did you know"....Did you know that I turn 16 on August 10? You still have time to shop!

The weather is turning nice again and that can only mean one thing....Mom is spending more time outside and less time inside with me.

It is nice and sunny today so they are working on the deck. Dad built a roof over part of it and Mom is helping. I am supervising through the glass door.

Every time Mom looks my way I give her my "I am not happy with you" look.

Here is my "I am REALLY not happy" look. Actually, I am looking into the sun so I have to squint a bit but I really am NOT happy!

I must admit though, Dad does really good work. His deck cover is turning out great and today they are putting up a ceiling fan. I just wish they would let me go out and see it up close (I keep trying to slip out there) but Mom says that is a definite NO NO.

Why on earth does Mom insist on taking my picture while I am sleeping? Sheesh! Can't a body have even one moment of peace?!


Mom and Dad went away to the coast. They left the beast and I home all alone. Thankfully he left me alone and Mom came home to an unscared face. Kitty hasn't been too bad lately. I think it is because he is so fat! He just lays around, the bum!!!! Mom and Dad have even renamed him.....Kitty Kong. HaHa

I will have to see if Mom has a picture I can share. :-)

Ok, I am a day late but I was busy playing and sleeping all day yesterday!

That bunny really loves me! I made sure the beast didn't chase him or eat him so he left me a basket full of goodies!

I could hardly wait to dive in! I got the best litte cotton bag full of catnip....LOVE that stuff!!!!!!

AND an adorable little bunny to snuggle with.
